Colour difference

sad to say this that....i happened to know that some job which i have work before in the past...they then to see colour....in and another way racism....i never really care if im never being promoted or wat...but i prefer to be treated as equal...incident like happened to a restraunt at boat quay....where the supervisor made me carry heavy load...after a period of time he `Sack` me so he can bring a person of his colour to take my place....and then even a charitable organization....did the same thing to me...i was with then for almost 2 solid years and they still put me on part-timer....as a part-timer i`m not entitled for annual leave and bonus...dunno why all this thing happened 2 me....maybe i think God wanted to test me...
